The room we stayed in was a bit too small for our preference, which made it a little cramped during our two-night stay.

It was a delight to relax in the charming garden that offered magnificent views over the open countryside. the hosts were exceptionally welcoming and recommended some fantastic local attractions that we enjoyed visiting together.

The view from the balcony was canny lush, looking over the sea and countryside. Val was proper friendly and helpful too. Only downside was no obvious recycling bin. Would definitely recommend for a spot of relaxation!

The unique loft-style accommodations added a quirky charm to the stay, making it a fun experience. It’s in a beautiful rural area, perfect for those wanting to immerse themselves in stunning countryside views and enjoy some excellent walking routes.
The room was cramped, leaving little space to maneuver, especially next to the bed, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable for longer periods. The mattress was notably hard, making sleep less restful than one would hope. the Wi-Fi connection was spotty, which posed a significant inconvenience. There were also challenges in finding the inn due to misleading postcode directions, and the lack of meal provisions meant trips to a service station for food were necessary. The shower pressure was weak, detracting from the bathing experience and making it frustrating at times. Lastly, guests could benefit from better instructions for the appliances in the room, as figuring them out took longer than expected.

The Budget Double Room was super cozy and immaculately clean, giving off this great homey vibe. Loved the comfy bedding and fluffy pillows—perfect for a restful night after a long day. The large bathroom was a nice bonus, and the view overlooking Firle Beacon was just stunning! The only downside was that we couldn't make full use of the garden during our short stay, but everything else was top-notch.
